How to Draw a Kangaroo Step by Step
Start by drawing a letter K.
Add a foot shape to the bottom of the letter K as shown in the picture.
Add another foot to the other side, this foot will be longer and extend into a curved rump as shown in the example.
Add a curved line to the left side of the letter k and another curved line to the other side, this second line will form the pouch for Jennie our kangaroo. Add the lines on the feet that make up the toes.
Our next step is to add an arm above the pouch area.
Now add another arm for Jennie. Our kangaroo is taking shape!
Now we add the beginnings of a face.
Now let’s add ears and the slope that forms Jennie the kangaroo’s back and tail.
Add a line to form the tail. Our next step will be to add all of the finishing details, like the eyes and nose.
